The Helper; Obedience, The Law, and The Spirit

True Christian life is not a matter of burdensome legalism or mindless rule-following, but a transformative journey of supernatural obedience fueled by genuine love for our Lord and King, Jesus Christ. This sanctification is made possible only through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit—the Helper—who replaces our hearts of stone with hearts of flesh, writing His law upon us so that we may desire what He desires and reject the wickedness of a rebelling world. Because we have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb and Christ’s reign on His throne, our duty is to study His Word, immerse ourselves in His moral and civil law, and live as a living provocation to an unrighteous age while awaiting the return of our Savior.
